What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be in brand-new condition, free of dog hair, and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
